Our quote includes:
- Rental car with chauffeur
- Toll
- Fuel
Our quote does not include (read carefully):
- Food and accommodation for the chauffeur for a full day
- Parking and ticket for the city
- Tourist guide
- VAT rate in effect when invoicing
- Night supplement (from 10 p.m. to 6 a. m.)
- Holiday supplement
Any variation/cancellation of the transfer or of passengers number with respect to the reservation, should involve a change in the price previously established and should be communicated in time (at least 4 hours before for transfers inside the town and 24 hours before for those outside) in order to satisfy your request without compromising the booking of other clients otherwise sanctions will be imposed.
Payment conditions should be communicated when reserving, choosing between:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Credit card
- Debit card
For reservations of services for more than 200 Euros, 50% (the day before) should be paid via credit card or via bank transfer at the cooperative discretion and the receipt sent by fax.
A reservation will be valid only if registered on the proper form and sent at least 12 hours before the service.
Chauffeurs will wait in airports for a period of one hour. We kindly ask you to inform us for any possible delay otherwise after one hour and without any news, our staff will leave the airport getting free the cooperative of any responsibility.
